Really great experience visiting here. The nurse was so kind, and the social worker clearly advocates for the residents. I loved getting a tour—everything is beautifully updated and feels warm and welcoming. One thing that really stood out was seeing a staff member sitting and chatting with a Spanish-speaking resident when I first walked in. That kind of genuine care is rare. The staff felt very present, and the residents I saw seemed truly happy. Definitely recommend taking a tour and seeing it for yourself.

From the moment you walk in, you can feel how caring, supportive, and patient-centered this facility is. The staff are kind, communicative, and attentive, always making residents and families feel heard and supported. They are also incredibly easy to work with and communicate clearly, which makes a huge difference. The building has been beautifully renovated—clean, modern, and welcoming, with such great energy throughout. If you’re considering care for a loved one, I highly recommend taking a tour and seeing it for yourself. The care and atmosphere truly speak for themselves.

I had the opportunity to tour the facility, where I met a young lady who exemplified kindness and authenticity. She created a warm atmosphere, making residents feel welcome in her office. However, upon my return visit, the front desk staff notified me that she was no longer working at the facility. My subsequent attempts to contact the facility were unsuccessful, causing my interest to wane. Notably, a family member of mine resides at this facility, but I have decided not to admit my father to this facility. This place is a mess and was talked to with knowledge by the manager wherever location you whent to miss Ashley I would like to put my father in yalls care

The Kingwood Center allow the ministry of Second Baptist and Parkwood churches to bring a time of Christian music and singing to the residents who cannot attend churches for worship. Residents stay after lunch in the cafeteria to sing from handouts. Thank you for the opportunity to touch the lives of those who live in the Rehabilitation Center.

Cleaner and some of the workers are pleasant, attentive and helpful. They all know my mother whenever referenced to. Love the sign in / badge station.
