The most positive thing I can say about this facility is my brother in law's nurse. She is ansolutely amazing. The facility itself is one of the most depreessing places I've ever been to. In addition the first thing you smell when walking in is the extremely strong smell of urine. Honestly I wouldn't let my dog stay there. We will be having him moved asap!!!!

This facility is horrendous - they took pictures of my mother without permission and continue to use them even though she has been deceased for over two years, along with others that are deceased. Don't be fooled, most of the happy pictures are from before this facility was owned by this corporation. This place is constantly short staffed, they steal everything from residents rooms and residents are left to sit in dirty and disgusting conditions.

Kingston Center is a great place for a loved one. My grandpa was there for almost a year and he enjoyed his time there. It's a small facility so the staff is able to dedicate for time to each patient. The activities were stimulating and the food almost restaurant grade. I highly recommend this facility.

There is never anyone to greet you when I visit. I had to sign in and try to take my own temperature. Smells inside, the building is a wreck outside. I told my family to never send me to a facility like Kingston Rehab. My brother is there and he won't eat the food. He eats only sandwiches. But I guess you get what the government will pay when the patient is very low income...poor.

So why is it that when a patient tells your in facility social worker (Lisa) something that was supposed to be kept confidential, she feels obligated to run immediately to the director, like a little disease spreading rat and spread rumors that nobody has any proof of, only because she thinks her job is at stake? Not because patient care is affected, not because there are many, many violations that should be taken care of,but because she’s worried that her and her coworkers (who are not doing their job effectively anyway) may get reprimanded by the proper authorities for good reason. Stop pretending that your facility is such a great place. There’s a reason you’re scared of the truth getting out.
