Dr McLain was very friendly and took the time to sit with me and go over my medical conditions and explain every detail and course to take to help me. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean. This was all at first, now I have experienced my Dr trying to push me on another Dr ( or that is what I felt ) was going on that Ken nothing about me. I have had problems with getting my prescriptions. He doesn't seem like researching to get to the problems I am having. I feel so discouraged at times.

Dr. Scott McLain is my mom and stepdad's doctor. He is super, very caring, and wants to make sure that they are taking care of. But, what needs major work on is the front desk staff. Not friendly. The entrance needs a major cleaning, there are cob webs, front office is not inviting. If I worked in and office setting such as this and I have several years ago, and the entrance looked like this, I had an attitude, etc., I would have been fired. I hope they see this review and make some major changes. Again, Dr. Scott McLain is an awesome doctor. I would recommend him.

It will not let me post a lower score. This practice is so sadly and poorly run that prescribed medication was confused or mixed up between spouses. It’s upsetting. We could never get into an appointment without ridiculous wait times and to begin with and we felt like we were cared about to start with but after about a year it started to become uncomfortable and pressed. Like what do you need. What’s wrong. What do you want me to do kinda situation. They refused to help with medical situations that were very important Aka diebetes mgmt you had to call 5,6,7 or more times I finally requested records to be sent and was told “ I’ll charge you as much as I can to have to do this”. It’s terrible. I feel mistreated

This Gamily Practice is privately owned and ran by Dr. Scott McLain MD who has 20+ years of medical experience. He is an absolutely amazing, caring and loving Doctor that works hard at Patient care! He has a wonderful staff now and the team atmosphere is better than ever before! If your looking for a Family Healthcare Doctor that loves his patients he is the one! There is also Dr. Glenn Quarles and Lorne Hartsock PA-C that are wonderful providers as well! Come on down and fill out a New Patient Packet and get you an Amazing Doctor!!

Jennifer Compton does not care about her patients! I have been going here almost a year and still havent had any break through to what is wrong with me. I finally got a referral and she told me she would send me somewhere that would take my insurance. I had an appointment with the place, went there and they turned me down at the front desk because they didnt take it.. So went there for nothing. Went to call the office back to ask why she sent me there if they didnt take my insurance. They said they would call me back. Here i am almost two months now. Havent heard a thing. This is ridiculous. You would think something as SERIOUS as my condition now finding out what it is thanks to another doctor would be taken to heart. Do not go here. On top of that. You will be sitting here for hours. Ive
