Do not go here. They tell you your insurance covers all the things they are doing. Then 2 months later sends you a 151 dollar bill just for a contact exam. The original bill was 375 dollars. They charge you for things no where else charges you. Plus they have 1 person doing billing and is only there sometimes on wednesday. I wanted to go local but shopko gave me an exam for contacts all i had to pay was my copay of $5. I made it clear i just want what my insurance covers. Told yup we accept your insurance it covers it. They then did scans and other stuff. So much for trying to shop local. Ive been told since do not go here because many people have had issues. Its a scam!
My husband still hasn't been reimbursed for his eye glasses and eye exam!!!! It has been over a year and they are giving us the run around. We paid and insurance paid. They say they are working on it. I don't believe them
I have been getting eye exams here for several years now and have never had a bad experience. The doctors are both thorough in their exams and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, never pushy.
