I brought my newborn here when he was one month old, and the entire experience has been awful from the beginning. We waited over an hour, even though we arrived early. As a newly breastfeeding mom with a newborn, that was extremely stressful. I also paid cash upfront, and they didn’t have the correct change. They told me they would give it back after the procedure, but once it was done, they completely forgot. They could only find half of what they owed me, and at that point I just told them to keep it because my baby was crying and I needed to leave. After the circumcision, they didn’t even give me any written instructions on how to care for it — no paper, nothing. For such an important and sensitive procedure, that is completely unacceptable.
