My mom has been filling her prescriptions at this pharmacy for quite some time, and I can honestly say that the customer service—both at the front and in the pharmacy department—hasn’t been very pleasant I understand how important professionalism and good customer service are. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience here. The staff really needs to improve their approach and remember that keeping customers happy is key to building trust and encouraging them to return and recommend the pharmacy to others. It’s unfortunate to see that this isn’t currently the case. So disappointed

My experiences so far in getting scripts for my disabled sister have been super convenient, and everyone who has helped me has been efficient and pleasant. Each time I’ve called, I’ve received prescriptions promptly the next day.

I work at another pharmacy and called to get a patient's insurance info. Whoever I spoke to was rude from the start and when I asked for more information he basically blew his top and accused me of not knowing how to do my job and said that I should have asked nicely. I said I did ask nicely until he gave me unnecessary attitude and then he went on a tangent about how I need to learn how to do my job. Bottom line is he unnecessarily turned a two minute conversation into a much longer one.

Staff very nice always get meds filled very quickly and pharmacist answers all my questions

Employee in charge of delivery is very rude. I supposed to had my seizure medicine delivered yesterday but hadn’t received it until the next day, lied and said the driver came but no answer ( I can’t go anywhere without taking my meds), the said oh the driver said he forgot it in the car. Red flag??? Driver showed up to my door as if I didn’t deliver his medicine. You can’t just FORGET someone’s medication especially if they are depending on it to stay alive. My grandmother has been using this pharmacy for YEEARS so I know it isn’t a bad one but that particular employee and driver are the type people to bring a business down for neglect, carelessness and telling lies to cover up a “mistake”. Didn’t even put effort into the lie
