King's Daughters Urgent Care Center Grayson

Super frustrated with them. Last night our eldest son took a football to the head after his little brother’s football practice which finished a little after 8pm. He was in a lot of pain & behaving strangely. We rushed over to this urgent care, and we got there 5 min before they were supposed to be closed (9pm), and the doors were already locked. So we rushed to the emergency room in Ashland. While our son has a concussion, there’s no further brain damage, thankfully. I understand that it would probably be frustrating to get late arrivals like us, but this is the closest hospital to us, and you don’t get to pick when people need care.

Took a little while to be seen, I think triage needs to happen immediately--especially when someone walks in injured and bleeding. Once I was taken back I was treated immediately with compassion, respect. My nurses were very kind and got to work cleaning up the wound, getting me xrayed and then stitched up. They made a painful, scary injury not so bad. The nurses and x-ray tech were sweet as could be. I was grateful for their compassionate and efficient care. Corey Bentley stitched me up and she did a FANTASTIC job of it in a very difficult and tender area of my ankle.

Ran out of medicine and needed an emergency refill on two medications I take daily due to switching psychiatrists. Dr. Condee and his lovely medical student understood my situation. Him and her worked together to make sure that my medications were refilled and available to me within an hour. If you’re experiencing issues with refills, see Dr. Condee, especially if it is mental health related. He will make sure you do not go without your medication!

Almost believed my care mattered until more than one nurse didn't care and actually hated her job 😂 if u don't like it quit. Don't need to be rude to ur costumers. And they can't tell what you have just the same thing no matter what you say.

I've been here multiple times over the last few years for my kids. The staff is friendly and respectful. They try to get you in and out as quick as they can. Although the wait times can be longer than a normal doctor's office because it's a walk-in clinic. The office and treatment areas are clean and organized. I would recommend them.
