King's Daughters Urgent Care Center Burlington

Came here for my baby boy & words can’t even describe how phenomenal the staff is here. We saw Dr Dawn & nurse Dee & the receptionist Debbie are amazing & wonderful & caring! I absolutely love this location & it is always my go to for any problems. I want to sincerely say thank you to all the staff! I wish I could give more stars!!

Very positive experience here! Had to have stitches and Don was so amazing with me. First time having stitches so I was very nervous. He walked me through the process honestly. A week later, had them removed and had super care. Everyone working there was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable.

I hate that I have to give at least one star to write a review. They deserve a negative rating. Don’t go here. They don’t know what they’re doing. Went in for an allergic reaction and asked for a steroid shot which has always helped and my medical records are proof. I walked out with a prescription for antibiotics. Antibiotics does not treat and allergic reaction. Not even a day later I’m covered head to toe in hives. Don’t waste your time literally go anywhere else.

I was quite happy with my visit for an infected toe. I was seen promptly by Whitney Ball, APRN. The exam was thorough and the treatment appropriate. The staff was friendly and helpful. The entire visit took less than 1 hour.

Walked in, checked in, had no issues. Saw Dr was diagnosed with Folliculitis and put on an antibiotic as well as a fungal med. 10 days and still spreading though. Help!!
