I’d like to thank Morgan in infusion center for time spent on me to answer questions about medicine and labs. She’s very informative and compassionate. Also Sonja Caldwell at the Flatwoods office for excellent care and support for a nasty disease . Sonja Caldwell PA has been my PCP for over 10 years. She returns calls and communicates on my chart for every problem I ask her to explain and address. Thanks ladies

This place is the worst. The staff just brush you off and ignore you and are so rude. Sitting here the last 5 hours in pain given pain meds they know don’t work and refuse to do anything else for me. Have to call and call and call just to get anyone in the room. I’m never be coming back here again. Thought I’d be getting better treatment here than SOMC since an SOMC Dr messed up a serious surgery I had to have and have been dealing with complications since. But what an absolute joke of a thought that was. People in healthcare do not care about the pt anymore just their check. IM SO ANGRY.

Worst experience ever, waiting for my wife’s surgery to be complete, I got notified that the surgery went well and in recovery and I’ll be able to see her when she awakens. Ok … 3 hours later I’m still waiting, haven’t heard anything!!! Ah did something go wrong and she is not responding…. Many other things are going through my mind. What’s going on ??? I go to the receptionist , I interrupt her from her cell phone, then inquire on the status of my wife . I have never had a good experience at this unorganized zoo !

If you are looking to receive the worst healthcare possible then kings daughters is just the place for you. The biggest majority of the "doctors" and "nurses" are woefully incompetent. How they passed the test to get their license is questionable. So no worries about them knowing how to do their job, they will successfully fail at doing so. Also, no need to feel concern for them taking responsibility for their inadequacy. They will definitely blame you because of course it's your fault they are complete and utter failures. Don't want them to feel pressured about coming to your room right away when you need their help? No worries, you may have to ask 4 or 5 times, sometimes more, so you know for sure you are not a priority. Yes, kings daughters is the perfect hospital for those who aren't d
