King's Daughters Cedar Knoll Family Care Center

I called this place to book an appointment and I was told that I can walk in btn 1:30pm n 3:30pm. I walked in at 2:30pm and was told they are not taking walk in because their systems were down. I asked if they had any availability this afternoon and was told that they don't have access to appointment schedule. I had a bad cold and ear ache. I was given a number to call which I called while still in the facility. A white woman walked in and said she had no appointment and was given a form to fill so she can be seen!!! I am a black woman. This is my first time to experience racism in Ashland. I had just booked an appointment for tomorrow and will be canceling it. We all bleed red!!! All created in God's image! Grow up people!

There must have been some staff turnover since the previous reviews. The front desk folks have always been kind and go above and beyond. The same can be said for the nurses and providers. Everyone is patient and professional. The clinic is always clean, literally no complaints.

Refused to see me saying I was over my 15 min late policy. And then said they couldn’t see me bc I had been to the ER the night before 😂 then to say they couldn’t get ahold of my doctor 😂 as NOBODY IS IN THE WAITING ROOM. Not even that, talked back to me and yelled at me. Whoever the lady is seriously doesn’t need to be working at a job like that. 8/06

Went in today to get looked at for abdominal pain, after being seen the nurses and nurse prac spoke loudly about me and my symptoms and belittled and embarrassed me. How I no showed at my last appointment. No only is this so embarrassing and upsetting . the fear of being seen for the issues I had makes me not ever want to seek help for my problems. just very unprofessional.
