King's Daughters Ashland Primary Care

Cory Jackson has been my Primary care provider. He recently changed positions. The atmosphere was always professional. He treated me as if my opinions mattered which always does when you’re sick and you don’t feel good. I plan on going back and getting some blood work done and seeing the new provider whom I’m sure will be just as professional as Mr. Jackson.

Had to wait three months for a new patient appointment. It was scheduled for today, a Monday. They called me at 7:30 a.m. but I missed the call because I was getting ready for work. So they left a voice mail saying to call them to reschedule. I called. No answer, not even voice mail or a phone tree. I try again after 9 a.m. Still no answer. I tried to schedule through MyChart but received a message saying no appointments were available. Then I hopped on Google Maps to find out when they open and it says they're closed on Mondays.
