Everyone from the front desk to the doctors here are amazing for being in such a small town. The emergency room is quick and efficient, and if you need to stay you’ll be taken care of by some of the best around. I hate being in the hospital, but they make it as tolerable as possible. Thanks for everything!

All the providers and staff have been wonderful. I can't believe how fast I received my lab results at my last visit.

I came in with a dislocated shoulder yesterday and I was in so much pain and they went above and beyond. They helped me out of my seatbelt buckle and let me take my time to get into the wheelchair. They proceeded to very slowly and carefully help me over the bumps so they wouldn’t cause me anymore pain. They medicated me as soon as they could so I wouldn’t be in agony as they were getting everything set up to put it back. They brought all the equipment they needed to me including when they took my X-rays before an after the reassertion. The doctor was by far the most careful I’ve ever had, and took the time to explain everything they were going to do before doing it before I was drugged, re-explained it after I was coming down from the meds. My mom was admitted to Kingman and it was her fourth hospital stay in a year. It was by FAR her best. She received phenomenal care, the food was fantastic, and they offered her many options for help once she returned home. During her stay, I would walk in the hospital side and be greeted by first name by receptionists, they knew my mom and her history, and were sooo helpful in everything we needed. I even received a phone call about things she forgot once she discharged. Seriously, best hospital stay of her life.

My step-dad has been in the hospital twice here recently. Dr. Gerber is very compassionate and explains things well. The nurses and PT are awesome. Highly recommend if you have to go to a hospital. Mom says the food is great too
