I had great expectations for the glasses and eye exam I would receive when I booked my appointment. I was told orders take a long time to fulfill and after 3 months I finally called and they said yes they are ready for you. When I opened the glssses case I saw there was a white filmy powder like substance on my frames and near the lenses. I was told not to worry that they would be cleaned up. Well they did not clean them in fact told me to do it at home. Bottom line is whoever worked on the lenses did a sloppy job and now I don’t want to wear them. What I don’t understand is why the doctor took no responsibility for the condition of my glasses. Made me feel picky. The receptionist agreed with me and tried googling how to clean them. I genuinely hate to leave a negative review but maybe this will help resolve the situation. I came in for a routine eye exam for glasses on October 11. It was a very good exam and I appreciated Dr Wong’s kindness and thoroughness. He told me they would order a pair of trial contact lenses and would order the glasses for me. Flash forward to late November and I don’t have either of those things, and when I call to see what’s going on with them they tell me that it takes a while because the contacts are custom for astigmatism. I wait and wait, and then in January i call to say forget about the contacts, are the glasses ready? They say oh yeah they’re here, come get them. They had never once called me to tell me the glasses were ready, so who knows how long they were sitting there or in hinds

I’m LA native from Topanga Cyn. While all small groups of doctors were all we had and much preferred. Now days, health is not a concern just large corporations running factories of pill mills and or little time for really diagnosis, pills before actual testing and deductive reasoning. Over it, Ucla was a nightmare, waiting for referrals due to overcrowding systems, fortunately I was referred to this wonderful human being that put time before $$$ always a great outcome, will refer many more people to him. Gotta keep small local caring businesses alive and thriving ❤️🙏 Kelly H.

Honest, Caring, Upfront. I don't want to go anywhere else. I was referred here through a special program under my insurance. As someone who is high risk for Covid, I have been afraid to go anywhere. My worker through said program called ahead and they confirmed that they would wear a mask. When I showed up, Dr. Wong was not wearing a mask & reminded me that health care professionals are no longer required 2 wear masks, however he put a mask on for me. It was very quiet which was really nice. I get anxious around people and if there's a lot going on. I have had medical appointments elsewhere where I got too worked up & walked right out/just couldn't do it Dr. Wong took the time to explain everything, including what my insurance would or not cover. I had an issue when I had my eyes tested

The most friendly and thorough eye exam I have ever had! Strongly reccomend.
