King Soopers Pharmacy

How come it takes 3 days to get a script filled that the doctor sent to the pharmacy. Understaffed? Just slow? or is it because they are too busy doing refills that aren't ordered? Poor service at best.

The pharmacy staff has been amazing today! I had problems with the Walgreens pharmacy in Southlands, but King Soopers took care of all of it for me. They gave me information on how to get things taken care of and even called in a vacation override for me. Thank you!

I have never had an issue with them. I recommend going in person rather than using the automated system, and they are also able to send text alerts. The prescription is also always available same day or next day. They also will run insurance more than once if needed to make sure they are approved by insurance which I really appreciate. The staff are very kind and helpful.

Been waiting days for blood pressure medication that has been sitting in boxes. They told me they haven't sorted through the boxes yet. I need my medication but I have to wait until they decide to go through the boxes. Been almost a week now! Also still waiting for my daughter's medication, she can't eat without it. Still waiting for it, it has been 3 days already. My child hasn't eaten and I have to wait until they are good and ready to fill it! Why is this place still open! Thank goodness for protein drinks!

Honestly, the lack of professionalism and competence is astonishing! I tried getting my prescription for a whole week, and got told each time that it would get here “tomorrow.” My provider made a mistake and the prescription got sent in twice (the second order being the correct one). So then I call again today and someone tells me they won’t have it until Monday. Call back a few minutes later and they say I can pick it up within 3 hours max. I show up and they try to charge me HUNDREDS of $$ for the medication I usually get for less than $30! I explain how there was a mistake and the second order should reflect the correct cost. They say “oh, we see it, but it won’t be here until tomorrow.” OH MY GOSH! What a way to waste people’s time and mess with one’s patience! Horrible, horrible servi
