King Soopers Marketplace

This is probably the best King Soopers in Colorado Springs. They are bigger than most of the others so they carry a lot of items that other King Soopers don't. Like kid toys, clothes, household items and more. They also normally have plenty of self checkout lanes and regular checkout lanes so you're not waiting too long. The grocery selection is amazing as well. Been going here for two years and still a great place.

This rating is only for the Brussel Sprouts. I called customer service immediately to let them know. The guy that answered didn’t apologize, didn’t say “hey, thanks for the heads up” nothing. Look at the reviews for the Ocean Mist brand of brussel sprouts going back WEEKS and they detail that others were infested with larvae and worms. Just like ours. Purchased 11/22/2025

we have shopped at this store since it opened and have not had one thing bad to say about it. The staff is very friendly and very willing to help. A great selection of food items and lots of clothing and household stuff, the pharmacy carries a lot of over the counter drugs also. you can get a lot of what you come to town for in one stop. The fruit and vegetables are fresh, the meat dept and bakery have lots to choose from and the deli has something for everyone. We really like shopping at this store and will continue to do. Thank you to a great staff, you do a wonderful job.

This is the King Soopers that I frequently go to because it's just down the street. I have not had a bad experience at this store. I do try and avoid it at peak times. Because it can get very crowded very quickly. So I do try and avoid going there during their busy times. All the ppl who work there from the big bosses all theway down to the Courtsy Clerk and Night Stockers are always polite and helpful clean and stocked. With a wide variety of most everything they sell. If you get a chance I highly recommend you this store

This rating is for the DELI MANAGER as of Dec 2025. I have put in a verbal and formal complaint about you but I'll leave a review in case nothing comes of those. The way you treated me on 12/17 @ around 10 a.m. for simply needing a pound of ham was INSANE. You were rude, aggressive, and condescending. I was patient and kind to you. I CANNOT believe YOU, as a manager of your department treat customers this way for needing a small order and 2 minutes of your time. I dont care if you were busy and having a bad day, I was patient and kind to you! You need to consider what other people could be going through before treating them like trash for simply expecting you to do your job (especially kind, patient customers) I even told you that I wasn't trying to rush you, and smiled. Lady, Do better! K
