I've been working with Jamie for the past 3-4 weeks on my pain and mobility with my knee and ankle. The 1st time with the Shockwave treatment as a demonstration on my knee stopped the pain in both my knee and ankle. It lasted for a few days. Which was mind blowing. I could walk normally without a limp. I booked my appointments right away. The straightening exercises, needleing and Shockwave each week has progressed my healing and my mood . Very minimal pain. I was referred to KinetikChain by Wynkoop Dentistry for very low jaw mobility/opening. I've done 8 sessions with Jessica, as well as several TMJ-focused massages with Ashley. Before I was referred, I never knew jaw PT or massage was a thing... I have had jaw problems for years, with limited opening and always difficulty and extreme dread going to the dentist. At my worst, my toothbrush wouldn't fit in my mouth, and the tension and pain dominated my days. The only treatment ever suggested was a mouth guard to protect my teeth and muscle relaxers. The staff at Kinetik Chain are really great. I sent a request for an initial visit and received a follow up the same day. I met with Jess for some physical therapy for 8 weeks. There was a great mix of manual manipulation of the areas I needed help with and work on range of motion and strength. She also would send me home with some exercises to do from home in between sessions. I also met with Tesla for a therapeutic massage which was really great. Very relaxing and helped to work out many areas of tension. Oscar's fascia stretch was also something I experienced and was super-helpful in relaxing some problem areas for me. A really great place to go for a lot of physical rehab needs. I still go back for many of their membership benefits!
