I want to express my deepest gratitude to Kindred Hospital of the Palm Beaches for the exceptional care and support my family received during a very challenging time. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism. I especially want to thank Ms. Mowen for her kindness and outstanding assistance with Uber Health, which helped to get my family members where they needed to be with ease. Her support made a tremendous difference, and we are truly grateful for the care and attention she provided. I would never recommend Kindred hospital. I’ll describe yesterday’s incident but be assured there were other days similar. I arrived approximately 2PM and the first thing my wife told me (in tears) is the nurse hurt me. She is using a bedpan so she needs to be rolled and the nurse or CNA grabbed her right arm and pulled. Her skin is very thin and fragile and the skin ripped off. Due to the blood thinner blood was everywhere and now this is the largest wound she has. At 5 her favorite lady who is the best CNA on the floor, came in to say goodbye. My wife ask her if she could smooth out the sheet under her back. When I removed the covers there was a urine soaked washcloth stuck in between her legs that wasn’t removed after the bedpan was removed. So several hours of urine soaked

I give Kindred three stars because of the nurses who do an amazing job especially Leeanne and Grace. I sent my husband to Kindred based on the glorious praise that Mrs. Jackie the marketing manager for Kindred made. I have not seen anything she mention happening. His therapy which is vital to his recovery hardly occurs. The neurologist assigned I have yet to meet or speak to. My husband is sedated due to one of the medications given. The attending physician comes in the morning expecting a response from a sleeping patient. I am fortunate to have family support so we are always there to attend to him. I don't see my husband getting better just yet and it has been weeks.

The Pt n Ot staff are Amazing at Kindred hospital in Riviera Bch. There is a lady who does just about everything her name is Grace and she has that name for a reason. She does job with grace and conviction and dignity and most of all LOVE. She is also a force to be reckoned with in the most extraordinary way and Grace is Amazing. The therapist are Wonderful as well they motivate and help you. Chelse is Great motivating force and makes you feel like you’ve accomplished something. She’s Wonderful. Stephanie is a very good therapist but I’ve only had her once, so I don’t have as much to go on, but all and all the staff is Great throughout the whole building. Floyd

I was at Kindred from August 7th until October 1st. The entire staff was great. The nurses and cna's were very friendly and cared about me. All my doctors were awesome. PT & OT staff were fantastic. I would like to send a special thank you to my Hoya Lift gals Erica, Erica B, Grace and my cheerleader Allyia (I probably spelled your name wrong...sorry). Gina, Kathleen, Sarah, Vicky Darlene, Lucmaine, Charmintine,Lakoya and Marie from Nursing. Stephanie, Sabina and Chelsea from PT/OT. Lastly a big thank you to Berta my Case Manager, Jenna PT Director, Jamilla ARU Director and EJ Director of Case Management for caring about me. I recommend Kindred Hospital to everyone.
