The rudest physician and nurse I have ever encountered. Not only do they lie about appointment dates and experiences, but they also hang up on their patients in the middle of a conversation. Avoid at any cost.

There are other reviews about the aggressive, rude and even abusive nature of Zeke, Dr Wang’s receptionist/office manager. Dr. Wang herself had been a great pediatrician for both our girls, but Zeke has treated my wife, my family, and me with continual disrespect when trying to schedule appts. I have never written a bad review on Google before. However, Zeke has belligerently yelled at my wife on the phone, ignored calls to schedule time, and has flat out denied my kids their medical checkups when they were needed. As evidenced from the other reviews, Kindercare Pediatrics is declining at a rapid rate due to this gross behavior and lack of empathy for their own patients. I would encourage anyone reading this review to think twice about going here. And I am shocked that such an individual

My son has been going to Dr. Wang since day one. 17 years to be exact. We’ve enjoyed every visit over the years. I wish we could stay with her forever, but I guess I have to cut the cord (pun) as he probably needs to switch doctors as he ages. She’s a great pediatrician if you need one! Great staff too!

First things first Dr. Holly Wang is great. She is amazing. The nurses are great. This review is not a reflection of them. However the male receptionist is the worst. Absolutely rude and condescending. My wife and I have been taking our baby there since birth and we have always been treated rudely by the receptionist. I believe his name is Zeke. Whenever we would ask simple questions he would sigh heavily, lecture and talk down to us. My wife recently called in to add our newborn to this pediatric office and we could not believe how rude he was. He got into a shouting fest with my wife and threatened to cancel all of our appointments and to find another pediatric office. Dr. Wang is great but unfortunately the receptionist is unbelievably rude. Stay away from this place!

My wife put me in charge of choosing a pediatrician for our first child, and of course I waited until the last minute like I do everything. Our OB gave us a list of doctors he recommended and I forgot how I landed on Dr. Wang, but I'm glad I did. She came to visit us the day after our son was born in the hospital just to introduce herself and check on the baby. Every visit we've had with her has made us even more confident we have the right pediatrician for us and our son. Dr. Wang is super knowledgable, down to earth, funny, and makes navigating this whole having a kid thing much easier. Office manager Zeke, and the entire nursing staff run a well oiled machine. I don't think we've ever waited more than 5 minutes to be seen, and they're understanding when we're running a few minutes
