Kinder Pediatric Urgent Care Piscataway

My kids and I had a terrible experience. I took both my kids to get checked out for ear infections. My almost 4 year old wanted to get her ears checked but she got scared once Dr. Mary Yee came in. She usually does this until she gets comfortable and then she's fine. Since she was crying, doctor shh’ed her loudly and she freaked out. When checking her ears, she would hold the top of her ears instead of her head. Her ears were left red so not sure how hard she was holding her ear but she just kept crying hysterically. Also, when turning her head, she did it so fast it looked like she could have snapped her neck. When it came to my other daughter, she was quiet but did the same ear and head handling as my first. I’ve taken my children to this pediatric urgent care several times when their regular pediatrician was fully booked, and every visit has been great. Our most recent experience with Dr. Reyes was truly exceptional—he’s incredibly knowledgeable and has a wonderful way of making kids feel comfortable and cared for. I also appreciate that they provide treatment on-site before we leave, which really puts my kids at ease. In past visits, they’ve even offered medication right away, and instead of the typical lollipops, there was a time they handed out Pedialyte freeze pops—such a thoughtful touch! The goodie bags they send home are also surprisingly generous. The waiting room and exam rooms have TVs, and the “around the world” theme throughout the different rooms is such a fun idea. I highly recommend this location of Kinder Pediatric Care. Staff were very warm, supportive and helpful. Doctors are caring and professional. The waiting time there is short because things are streamline and everyone is efficient. They gave my boy popsicle, stickers, and even a ballon one time. Very pleasant visits there.

I recently took my 7-year-old daughter to Kinder Pediatric Piscataway, due to her persistent fever and sore throat/cough. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an atmosphere that felt rude, rushed and unwelcoming. The staff seemed more concerned about efficiency than the well-being of their patients. My daughter was understandably nervous, and instead of offering comfort, the receptionist's curt attitude did little to ease her anxiety. There weren’t no one in the urgent care, the receptionist seems frustrated, the healthcare provider appeared disinterested. She rushed through the examination, she pressed her belly so hard that my daughter screamed and started crying with tears, doctor barely taking the time to listen to my concerns abou

I will never be coming back to this place again . They have 0 care for the job they do ! Especially working with kids . The nurse JT was so rude and so unkind. My daughter got tested for flu and Covid and when she did that test she was so rude and harsh, no care that my daughters was scared. To the point that she made her bleed from both of her noses. They did nothing for her, after I told them she has been throwing up all day and she was getting dehydrated. I had to rush her to the hospital late at night because the facility was not able to do nothing for my daughter. I will be calling the supervisor and this issue has to be addressed.
