I am extremely disappointed with the service at Kinder Life Pediatrics. My son has been sick for 5 days, and we came here expecting proper care, compassion, and basic professionalism. Instead, we experienced the opposite. The front desk receptionist was very rude, unhelpful, and showed no empathy toward my child’s condition. What bothered me the most is that she behaved completely differently with Korean and Chinese families—friendly, polite, and respectful—while treating us with a dismissive and negative attitude. This kind of selective behavior and discrimination is completely unacceptable in a pediatric clinic.

Dr. Cho has been amazing with both of my kids. She takes her time, is very detailed, and never makes us feel rushed. The nurse is so gentle and great with children, and the receptionist is always welcoming and helpful. They are a great team. It’s also easy to get appointments, which makes everything less stressful. I would recommend this place to others.
