Kindcare Pediatric Center

I had a fantastic experience at the pediatric office! The staff was super courteous, friendly, and timely. They thoroughly educated us from start to finish about my daughter’s condition, which was really reassuring. I’m definitely going to be a lifelong patient here for all follow-ups. Even when they were booked, they kept us informed ahead of time. And once we were treated, everything was thorough and well-handled. Dr. Polanco and the entire team are great!

Terrible experience. Doctor told me she thinks it’s nothing but just to be “safe”diagnosed me with heart murmur. I am an athlete and could not be cleared for my sport until I visit a cardiovascular doctor, they told me I would have an appointment to take the heart murmur off my record by tomorrow but the closest appointments were in 3 months. I got a lucky referral from a friend allowing me to cut that time of 3 months. I had to get an official ekko at ANOTHER hospital because of this “heart murmur”. Once i was officially cleared they took an hour to actually sign my papers. Due to this series of events I must now miss part of my season due to the delay of clearance.

The doctors here are rude and unprofessional. You're better off taking your child somewhere else. It takes hours to be seen regardless of you making an appointment. I've went here for the majority of my childhood so I would know from experience.

The staff is super friendly and very professional. I love how the doctors are always very careful and professional. They care and are very attentive to when it comes to my sick children. I definitely recommend this place.
