Pleasant, helpful and informative. Always a pleasure to visit Kim and staff. Always felt a little on edge at other Dr's offices but feel very comfortable at Roscoe UHS.

I never felt more comfortable at a doctor's office. I always had white coat hypertension. My white coat hypertension did not appear on my visit!! I was amazed. Very pleasant conversation and all my questions was answered. The receptionist and the nurse were fantastic. Great job :) Thank you

I have a huge fear of going to the doctor, but I am beyond grateful for the wonderful care I received today. Ann and Dr. Sheldon were so kind and attentive, which really helped put me at ease. They listened closely to all my concerns and made me feel truly seen. I also have a strong fear of getting blood drawn, but Ann was so personable that I stayed calm throughout the process. It was such a relief. This was by far the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a doctor’s office. Knowing how kind and considerate the staff are, I feel much more at ease about future visits. Thank you SO much, Ann, Dr. Sheldon, and the rest of your team! You all rock, and I'm incredibly grateful I won't be frozen in fear the next time I need blood work done :)
