Dr kessler is amazing! Pleasant. Quick and accommodating. His front desk receptionist however is incredibly rude and the worst at doing her job adequately. I saw dr kessler on December 4th for a possible crown and was told my insurance paid 1/2. I called back December to schedule and the only appt available after the new year, so I waited. I went today and got the work started. At check out, the rude receptionist said they weren't taking my insurance because I was a new patient. What the what? And no one called to inform me? She didn't even do the footwork that a should have done a month in advance to verify how much my insurance would cover on appt day If was a hard day for me on top of being petrified of dentistry. The receptionist (Susan) is SO RUDE. I didn't even finish filling out my paperwork, and I had to walk out. I should have known better just from my initial phone call to make my appointment. Go ahead, call – you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. I hope Dr.Kessler reads these reviews; she is NOT someone I would want representing my business.

Extremely rude receptionist! I asked if they took MO health net. The woman yelled at me no we don't. And then hung up on me. I would never go here or would I suggest them to anyone else.

He is an amazing dentist with a great staff. I'm not to fond of people poking around in my mouth for various reasons. However both he and his assistant are extremely gentle, and I hardly notice they are working on my teeth at all. The confidence I have now because of that team is great as I had alot of work done including a crown that matches the rest of my teeth perfectly. I highly recommend Kimberling City Dental.

Dr. Kessler got me in as soon as possible for my broken tooth. the area. It was my first visit. He is the best dentist I have been to in the area.
