This is a nice place. They treated my son with care, very friendly the staff. Won't ever be going here again over this weird policy, it's really giving humiliation tactic and I won't bring my son to an office like that. I called today and I was told I did a no show on an appointment. I don't ever remember making a second appointment nor was I notified that there was an upcoming appointment. I'll take the fault for not remembering, not showing up, and canceling. However, it's pretty common practice to inform patients that an appointment is coming which I wasn't informed. Anyway, whatever, the receptionist told me that I had to write a letter to the doctor, with all my son's information, send it, and the doctor will review it. To begin, I'm not begging anyone to see my son as a patient. This
