My children have been loyal patients of Dr. Kim Kelly Robinson for over 13 years, and I have always received nothing but exceptional care. I was shocked to read comments implying that patients with Medicaid are treated differently. I have used Medicaid from the very beginning of which I don’t have anymore, and my children have NEVER been treated any less than, still the same great care. This office has always felt like family. Like any place, building a connection matters and from day one, this practice has poured into my children and our family. Beware. This office cancelled my children's appointments 3 times, one of which was when I was standing at the front door. They were switching to this office because their old pediatrician moved out of state. The receptionist was rude when I explained that my children were new patients and had their appointment cancelled 3 times. After the 3rd cancellation I requested the medical documents their former pediatrician sent to their office. They had the audacity to tell me they were going to charge me for the records their old pediatrician sent over even though they never saw the doctor.

I brought my son to see Ms Kelly in January 2024 per recommendation since we switched our health insurance and I don’t understand how this lady is a pediatrician and has been for so many years. There was no warmth or bedside manner and my son and me had a horrible experience. There should be way more empathy when working with children. The front desk staff were unprofessional as well. Needless to say, we have never been back and we never will be. I would not recommend her to anyone and the service was subpar. I wanted to put zero stars, but Google won’t let me…

I took a few months before posting this review. We had one visit with Dr. Kelly and we will NEVER return. I would not recommend anyone to this doctor. For the record, I shared my concerns and feedback directly to the office staff the day after the visit and before posting this review. First, this was the longest wait I have ever had in a pediatric office; the total visit time was 2.5 hours. We were in the room (which was not child-friendly) for over an hour before staff came in to check vitals and have an initial conversation. When the doctor finally came in, she immediately addressed me but did not address my preschool child - the actual patient. She was my pediatrician and we stuck with her until I couldn’t anymore and ny younger siblings go to her and if I had kids I would send them there too! Absolutely and amazing doctor and very good at making you feel comfortable and not like you are just a number coming in! Literally amazing!!
