I don't usually write reviews, and if this was a once or twice instance, I would not. We have been using the Killdeer Pharmacy for a couple of years now and have had 30+ interactions. When refilling on the app, it has been great. Almost every single phone interaction is awful, everything seems to inconvenience them. I would say 4/5 in person interactions are unpleasant as well. It's unfortunate, most of the people seem absolutely miserable serving the public. We will definitely be transferring to Dickinson for a more pleasant experience!
These folks get to know you and remember what is important, even when we don't. I love them dearly. To the whole crew, thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
