Upon arrival, I immediately observed a tense interaction at the front desk, where another patient was being told her appointment needed to be rescheduled despite her showing text reminders confirming it was scheduled for that day. Shortly after, when my husband arrived, one staff member gave him a noticeably unprofessional and dismissive look as he walked by. That same staff member took my X-rays and was extremely rude throughout the process, coughing and burping while working, which made the experience very uncomfortable. Our experience shifted drastically from routine care to aggressive upselling, culminating in an egregious incident of unauthorized billing that has prompted us to move to a new practice entirely. The most severe issue involved an unauthorized deep cleaning procedure performed on my 18-year-old son. When asked about this procedure previously, I explicitly told the office "no." Despite my refusal, the staff proceeded with the service and, more disturbingly, pressured my son into compliance by falsely stating, "Your dad said you had to do it." Absolutely wonderful place to receive your oral care. The team is amazing and work fantastic together. From the time you enter the building you are greeted and assisted. The doctor has a very warm personality and her assistants are very hands on and informative. They answered all questions and make sure that my daughter was taken care of during our visit. Def a great place that makes sure your oral health is taken care of

We’ve been going to our dentist for a little over 2½ years, and my daughter has always been scared of dental visits and never really had a good experience — until now! At her last appointment, she was greeted by Miss Joy, who had the most wonderful and positive energy. She took the time to explain everything, walked my daughter through the X-rays, showed her the pictures, and even let her assist a bit — which made her feel calm, comfortable, and involved. For the first time ever, there were no tears, no screaming — just smiles! The dentist was also amazing and gentle, and my daughter actually enjoyed her cleaning. It was such a positive experience, and I’m so grateful to the entire team for making this visit a happy one.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. When I called to schedule my daughter’s annual appointment I was told you no longer accept my insurance and that you hadn’t seen my daughter since 2021. Both statements are incorrect — my daughter has attended annual visits at your office, including visits in early 2024 and early 2025, and I have records of payment and insurance claims. It felt like we were being treated differently after I chose a different provider for my son’s braces. There are better options nearby, so we will be taking our care elsewhere.
