This office is great. We’ve been long term clients and both of my kids(9,4) actually like coming to the dentist haha. They are very kid friendly!! Front desk greets and responds very professionally and nice all the time. Highly recommend!

I just came up today I didn’t even want to go in, last time the lady on reception was giving my mom and me attitude we didn’t want to make a scene so we just left it like that because she told us “go sit” LIKE IF I WAS A DOG; today I came up at 9:55am my appointment was at 10:00am, I checked in and I took a seat to wait, while I waited a customer came in and she was giving him attitude screaming at him like actually screaming, that was so rude and she was making faces, the doctor was behind her and she just said the he was the rude one, I waited 35 minutes I was gonna wait longer but I saw that another customer just came up and she went to her appointment. DOCTORS ARE AMAZING!! My siblings and me loves them, more my brother that he is a special kid but him seeing that basically traumatized

Despite the bad reviews, this is what i Call a very family oriented Dentistry that really care for your teeth health not your pocket. The waiting room is small, I dont recommend bringing a bulky stroller. The staff are professional. Im Glad I came in here with my toddler, he was crying when the DR left 😂😂.

A major problem with the reception staff is that they do not respond to calls, and sometimes place callers on hold for a long time or disconnect the call. They also send different schedules, which creates confusion, not supportive to explain. The Scheduling takes a long time.

Every time we have a scheduled appointment, they call asking to push the appointment and hour back. Once you arrive. Expect to wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seen. Location is very small and the waiting room is always full. Staff in person is okay, on the phone they speak to you in a condescending tone. If you need a calm experience that isn't over stimulating, this is not it. The kids do get to watch Disney while they wait and in the room, but the waiting experience ruins the entire experience. My kid dreads coming.
