So I change me daughter to what is probably the worse insurance in order for her to continue with this doctor all so then you can turn around and say jk. Without so much as an apology. The only reason I give three stars is because of the doctor but the new staff is lacking professionalism

doctor is nice , but waiting 40 minutes plus in a room just for the doctor to come in is not cool especially with a new born baby !!! they should definitely be more considerate of people time

Usually when I come it is somewhat of a wait never OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF 4 “nurses” told me “in a bit” “your next” in that “in a bit/you next” lie I heard almost every door in the “office” close multiple timesa but never my door my son is a “very sick baby” needs constant care I also had another appointment set up it was now 30 minutes passed that other appointment the appointment was also over 25 mins away I proceeded to go to the “front desk” and complained she was taking absolutely forever and I need to reschedule the Hispanic looking white one with the blonde hair didn’t like that and proceeded to look at the black girl saying “okay” while rolling her eyes then the black girl decided she was gunna tell me it’s gunna be another week to two weeks if I wanna reschedule I said ABSOLUTELY

I already have 4 years with Dr.Zully. Today I decided to leave a review do to the big satisfaction I felt today. Both my boys have been so healthy and when they do get sick her instructions get them good and running in such a short time. I am glad my friend recommended Kidswood pediatrics. As if is not enough the front desk girls are amazing they make everything very easy and fast. Well experienced medical assistants. THANK YOU for everything.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Ambroise since he was just a few weeks old (he was born in 2012). I live nearby and was a nervous new mom, worried about my newborn. After making several unanswered calls to his then pediatrician, I reached out to Kidswood Pediatrics and they welcomed us as a walk-in visit. Dr. Ambroise immediately recognized that something didn’t sound quite right with his heartbeat. She referred us to pediatric cardiology, where he was diagnosed with a congenital heart condition. Thankfully, it resolved on its own but required regular monitoring for a time. Fast forward to 2025, my son’s blood work came back abnormal.
