They are definitely incompetent. I arrived 15 minutes late and they refused to see me, but on other occasions they've made me wait around 45 minutes to an hour in the waiting room. When I complain, they tell me the doctor has too many patients. Please! How ridiculous! Their parking lot is always empty. I definitely don't recommend them.

As a mom, I couldn’t be happier with the care my children receive at this doctor’s office. The staff is always warm, professional, and welcoming, and the doctors are patient, thorough, and truly attentive. They take the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which gives me so much peace of mind. My kids feel comfortable here, and that means everything to me. I highly recommend this office to any parent looking for excellent, compassionate care.

Maibelis, in particular, has been incredibly helpful, ensuring that my son receives prompt attention l, whether it’s an emergency or a routine visit. Her professionalism and friendliness are unmatched. The clinic’s hours are also very convenient, making it easy to schedule appointments. I wouldn’t consider taking my son anywhere else.

As a single father raising two baby girls, this doctor’s office has truly meant more to me than they probably realize. The ladies at the front and the medical staff have been so kind, patient, and supportive it honestly feels like they’ve helped make this journey a little easier. They treat my daughters with so much love and care, and they always encourage me as a dad. I’m beyond grateful for them and highly recommend this office to any parent.

Jelitza and Meibelis at the front desk are truly the best always so kind, patient, and welcoming every time I come in. They make check-in easy and always brighten the whole visit with their positive attitude. The doctors are amazing too, super caring and attentive.The whole team gives such a warm, comforting vibe.
