I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from your receptionist on [leeheidy Medina ]. From the moment I arrived/called, I was met with an attitude that was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than being greeted politely or offered assistance, I felt as though my presence was an inconvenience. The receptionist was rude in tone, unwilling to answer basic questions, ignored me for several minutes, or spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. This experience left a very negative impression of your business and made me reconsider using your services in the future. I hope you’ll address this issue.

Horrible experience at his place !! 0 communication and hard to get someone on the phone !!! Front desk employee Katherine was rude and unprofessional. And this was my first time as a new customer and the treatment was very disappointing. I will change my child provider and seek pediatrics service else where !! I don’t recommend anyone this location at all ! They have no respect to patient time or effort to make it to their appointments on time !! Horrible experience

Worst pediatric office ever!!!! I made an appointment at 8:30am. First patients in clinic I went to front desk twice at 9am. The excuse they getting rooms ready. Mind you we were the first patients. Another patient came with same time and they were called in. I went to the desk again and said please I have to be at my job and I scheduled appt early so I can leave in a timely manner. I was super nice and stressed again to please see us. The receptionist never got up from her seat at all to express my concerns. 9:15 we still waiting in lobby. Mind you again no one in clinic. Staff is sitting and some making jokes and talking that you can physically see. No one addressed us to say anything at all. When I got to the back I expressed my concerns an apology goes a long way. My grandson had an appointment today Kids pediatrics is the best. They always have appointments and anytime you need shot records or physicals. They don’t make you make appointments. You can get it right away my grandson also had shots today. Nurse Sasha was great.

I’ve been coming here about a year and the front desk, receptionist named Kimberly is extremely rude! I called this morning and tried to speak about medication that was prescribed to my daughter who has severe allergy issues. I asked her if there was a way that she can relay the message to the doctor to get in contact with me because I had a bunch of questions for him. She was giving me a hard time and decided to hang up. This will be the third time that this happens with this Kimberly person. I will be speaking to the health department about Miss Kimberly since the office manager hasn’t done anything about the situation now I have to go above. And I will be leaving a bunch of reviews. Till something is done she needs to be re-educated and retrain to have this office position. She does no
