Update (4 starts): having mixed feelings bc the doctors ❤️and staff are really great. 1st review (2 starts) :The right side of the facility where you register always smells bad. Here right now and it smells extremely bad today. Here with my daughter. We were called in to a waiting room. The room needs work. It’s nasty/ dirty. Needs to be disinfected I guess. We’ve never been to this side (right side of the facility) we always go to the left side. There are brown stains on the walls, dirt door , and floors. Doesn’t smell clean. I think I will find another pediatrician office. I was called to come in earlier than my original appt. Been here waiting in the room for about 30 minutes already 🤷🏻‍♀️🥴 the pictures to don’t capture the issues as in person

Horrible office. From the office manager down to their front desk girls. I wouldn’t recommend this office to nobody. The office manager Zoey attitude is so disgusting it doesn’t make any sense. They are a joke and treat people like it’s a joke. Idk how is this business open. But I will contact better business to report this business and who ever the owner is I hope you know your just going to keep loosing patients. HORRIBLE DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE.

The worse clinic ever i have ever been too. If you have children never take them here. They never answer the phone and when you show up they tell you to leave because you dont have appointment. Mind you no ever answers the phone. If you love your kids think twice before coming here.

Front desk staff was rude and gave me inaccurate information on how to get immunization records changed from NY to FL. I explained that I just moved to Florida from NYC a couple of days ago and needed to have my 4 kids immunization records changed to get my kids enrolled in school. Not only did the front desk staff emphasized how busy they were but when they gave me information to the wrong health department. When I asked a question for clarity, the front staff members looked at one another and said "who wants to explain this to her so she could better understand" as if I was speaking another language. What a way to welcome a newcomer.

i just moved to the area and Walking into this clinic for the first time was very unwelcoming. My children was rescheduled for being late because my UBER was lost. i understand i was late but there was no one in the lobby and i still was not allowed to just have one for my son seen before school starts. Next time have courtesy for single mothers or should i say if my skin was a different color my children would have been seen or at least one of them.
