KidsStreet Urgent Care

Wonderful experience!! You check in online and scan your barcode when you enter. Then your locked into a room until your called. No window or anything. It’s pretty awesome ! Kaylin was absolutely amazing. First time ever coming here and it was quick and efficient, super sweet. She walked my daughter through everything she was doing and why she was doing it. Talked to her and told her great job! Love the hot cocoa and water that you can help yourself to. Very clean and super sweet people here. Will come here from now on whenever we need to visit ! Thank you all. Anne was down to earth , caring and listened to all needs , in and out !!! We live in Pooler but I’d be willing to make the drive if I needed to for a good place that takes wonderful care of us. I may come here for me too! :D

This was our first visit and we had a great experience. The Dr Jorge was very kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. We’re happy we chose this office for our kids.

Had a very good experience using KidsStreet urgent care for my toddler. The online registration and then just checking in on a kiosk upon arrival made the whole process super simple. We didn’t wait very long in the waiting room or exam room. The nurse and physician’s assistant we saw were both very friendly and helpful. They had a lot of times available, unlike our pediatrician’s office during their weekend hours. They took our insurance and overall I was happy with the experience. Will definitely go back if needed.

Great location. Walked right in without an appointment, registration process was easy. Waiting room is clean and has a fun activity toy for kids. Complimentary coffee, tea, water and hot chocolate. Only had to wait about 15 minutes before going back. Medical assistant was so nice and patient. PA was great. So easy and enjoyable experience. So glad they’re here 7 days/week. Just wish they could be 24/7! Maybe one day! Would save night time emergency room visits for things that really aren’t emergencies but urgent.

I took my 3 year old here last night (Sunday at 8pm), when most else in Savannah was shut down. They were kind, efficient and very helpful. Was helpful to have x-rays on the spot, and the cared so gently for him as a toddler. Only good to say about our experience and thankful to have found this new option for future needs.
