I took my 2 year old here and it was not a good experience. The wait time was not terrible— a little over an hour but the facility was poorly ran. The waiting room had a toy center for the children which was filthy. We were taken into a room that was still dirty as well. The exam table paper had not even been changed. My child was also prescribed a cough medication that is not recommended under 6 years old and discouraged by her pediatrician. I also saw the nurses give horrible customer service to other patients. One tried to ask a Question in the waiting room and the nurse turned around and ignored her. It’s a great concept but poor execution.

Worst visit of my life. I was rushed despite being the only patient. I had to take a urine sample handicap banging on the door about every 10 minutes asking if I had to urinate yet. then, they asked me to take the cup home peeing it and bring it back. they talked real fast rushed me out the door tell me what they prescribed me because I was finally able to pee and give a sample. they rushed and just prescribed me a bunch of meds mind you have no idea what's going on with me and did not try to figure out anything else. and just rushed me out of the door. it was the worst customer service I've ever experienced I will never go back here you can't even get in contact with a staff member at the local office. it's purely horrible. the only upside is that I was in and out in about an hour but it

I really dislike the check-in system here. It’s completely digital, and you can’t actually talk to a person when you arrive. Half the time it malfunctions, and instead of having staff onsite to help, you get a phone call from someone offsite. This evening, I registered online but couldn’t scan my QR code when I arrived—it just wouldn’t register that we were there. I tried to tell the woman wiping down the waiting area, and she insisted I was at the wrong location (I wasn’t). It turned out the system was just taking forever to verify our insurance. She was short and unpleasant the entire time, which made the experience even more frustrating. We were checked in 30 minutes before closing, but her attitude made it feel like we were a huge inconvenience and she was just ready to lock the door

Great experience! The doctor was quick, kind, and helpful. My visit was very pleasant and I will be back to bring my sons if needed when they are sick.

They took great care of my son. We were able to join the waitlist before leaving home. We arrived at the urgent care within 40 minutes of closing. They were able to get to us after 9:00, which is when they closed, but they didn't make us feel rushed.
