KidsStreet Urgent Care

The staff is excellent. They were very patient with us and went out of the way to help us. My son and I were both sick and let me stay in the room while the nurse checked me in. They gave my son stickers and Tylenol and were just absolutely amazing. We love them!

The only available staff member today, Christian, is wonderful. He's taking good care of us, keeping us updated and trying his best to speed up the process as much as possible while juggling other tasks! The doctor is working remotely with him to support. Great team. I gave 4 stars because they need more staff members. I hope they hire soon! They're great.

The staff who attended us were incredibly sweet. You could tell they truly know how to work with kids by the way they treated them and found thoughtful ways to make them feel comfortable. They even offered free drinks, which I’ve never seen at an urgent care center before! 10/10 — highly recommend.

Scheduling and quick appointment were great. Nice clean facility. The medical assistant or nurse that took us back and took my son’s vitals was awesome! Friendly young man who was smiling and put my autistic son at ease. The PA was not as friendly, never smiled and honestly made me feel as though we were an annoyance to her. Would absolutely go back as I will give grace and assume she was having a bad day, not feeling great herself or maybe had a difficult case. Overall great experience and now my son is on road to getting better

Came in at 7:55pm on New Year’s Day after my son got a gash on his head from our corner coffee table. Thankfully, this place was still open and took us in right away. He only needed Dermabond, but the doctors were incredibly kind and personable. Overall, it was a great experience.
