I would, and have, recommend this office to family and friends. Dr Richman is so caring and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. I've been taking my 3 children there for nearly 10 years. They are a small, close knit, pediatrics office that gives you the family oriented feel you had with your own childhood pediatrician. They have always been able to fit us in when my kids are sick, are very understanding, and are the kindest people you will meet. I don't know why they would have anything less than a 5 star review, this office is truly caring and I am so grateful for their care.

Sometimes the office is amazing and other times you have to wait over 2 weeks for them to fax something. Just depends. Also, plan to be at the office for over an hour even if you make an appointment in advance.

Dr. Richman and her staff are the best! The office is always able to see the kids when they are not feeling well and the staff goes above and beyond to be friendly. She listens to And addresses all of the concerns I have had with all 4 of my children. I highly recommend this practice

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I’m so disappointed. I haven’t even walked into this office and 1st impression with their office was horrible. I was made both my kids 1st appointments here at the same time (together) and the day of the office called and said my sons 1st name is spelled wrong with insurance and that needed to be fixed 1st. Ok I said no problem. She asked if I still wanted to keep my daughters appointment and I said no once the name is fixed with my son then I’ll schedule them again at the same time. Lady said ok. I called yesterday because his name was fixed and I wanted to make their appointment. Manager gets on and says it shows you were a no show for you daughter last time and I explained what happened but apparently the lady didn’t put that under my daughters notes. I’m wrong. Can’
