Kids1st Clinic

The Doctor of this clinic is excellent but the people at the front desk have major attitude issues and are very rude and unhelpful they expect you to know everything and when you ask questions they make you feel stupid or bad for even asking I would frequent here but those front desk secretary gotta go

The doctor and staff are great. you can tell they live kids and their work

Dr. Ryan Smith is everything we can ask for in a pediatrician, especially with our special needs children. He listens to our concerns, explains things clearly, and makes us feel comfortable discussing these concerns. The staff is very nice and professional as well. This is the kind of support special needs parents need!

I love the Doctor’s in this clinic but the front end nurses gotta go. I called to ask if I can get an appointment for my children , to take them in today and they told me to come in the morning early and wait to see if anyone doesn’t show. So a walk in. I been there since 8:56am . I heard very well when the nurse called a patient that didn’t show up and reschedule. I thought I was going to be next when an other nurse tells me that everyone has confirmed their appointment and I would still have to wait or take them to urgent care. I have always had a problem with the new nurses this clinic has hired.

They are very professional and nice just a lady at the front desk has a slight attitude, and the bad thing about getting here is the area there are a lot of homeless people doing drugs right at the entrance very unsanitary and dangerous for children
