My husband and I absolutely loved our visit, including the clinic’s waiting room. There is a separate area for sick children, which helps keep non-sick patients more comfortable and protected.

Everything from the beginning of my appointment to the end went smoothly. We arrived and within 5 minutes we were helped at the front desk. (They had another patient ahead of us) I also love that they have a two separate waiting areas. One for healthy kids, and one for sick kids. The nurse was so nice and gentle with our baby and explained everything she was doing. The dr was also very communicated and explained everything well. Always checked in if we had any questions along the way. Left very satisfied and we will definitely be back.

I made the appointment for the same day. I was able to get appointment for my sick grandson. I was able to get antibiotic for his spots on his tongue, cough and a doctor’s note for my grandson to be excused for preschool. All of the staffs and the doctor were very helpful and accommodating to schedule a follow up appointment for us to see the doctor again after he gets better. And to have the next scheduled immunization for the appointment. The doctor’s office and bathroom were clean. And painted with different colors for the kids. And the waiting area is decorated for the holidays. I would travel to go to this office and their partner office in Rosemead because of the helpful and professional staffs and doctors. Dr. Breanna was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly attentive to my concerns, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and answered all my questions without rushing me. The staff was very nice from the moment I arrived, and my girls even got stickers and bubbles as a sweet touch. I left feeling relieved and grateful for the care I received. The office was also very clean! Thank you all so much!

The Providers and Nurses are always so kind and helpful when it comes to my kiddos health. The Front desk Teresa always greets you in the front and very knowledgeable when it comes to insurance needs. Love that when i have an urgent matter with the kids i am able to get an appointment within same day or next. My son Ace had an emergency and NP-Tisha called to follow up, Dr Ungs so kind and caring towards my kiddos needs. Love this Office .
