My son had cold issues from long time, we asked doctors multiple times regarding ear infections. She just mentioned cold will go away and no medication. This happened for more than 3 months, cold does go away for week and again starts due to daycare. However, when we changed doctor, new doctor mentioned inner ear infection due long time cold. Not happy with doctors timely calls and my son suffered a lot in this 3-4 months.

My experiences have been great. I have never been happy with any of my daughters doctors and I just thought it was because we had medi-cal but Dr. G is the best! She’s so nice and caring and even did virtual appt for us before. My daughter has always been so scared of doctors but Dr. G has gained her trust and my daughter allows for a check up or whatever is needed to be done.

Dr.G is the best, 100% recommend her to all my friends and family when they have kids. She has such a deep love and compassion for her patients she has always gone above and beyond for my kidos. I will take them to her always even if we move she's worth the drive. Honestly couldn't ask for a better doctor her staff is very nice as well!

My 4 yr old granddaughter had a bad experience, all because of the nurses and the Dr. The nurse Janet abused my granddaughter. I don't use that term lightly. My daughter and her had a misunderstanding regarding Ins, the day before. When my daughter and granddaughter arrived for her shots, they were both greeted with disrespect. So my daughter started recording. I was apaled to see how unprofessional the staff was and how the Dr could not control them. Twice they turn off the lights while my daughter and granddaughter were waiting in the room. What pushed me over the edge was how Janet administrated the shots to my granddaughter arms. Dr. was nice enough during our first visit but office staff barely spoke and seemed unhappy, especially for a pediatric office. I called a month later to check on a referral and the staff told me "the doctor just finished the notes so it's just being submitted". When I asked why it took so long they said "I told you the doctor just finished her notes". I asked if this is the normal timeline and process, they said "Sometimes." I said this is an important referral for speech therapy, a month for just submitting the request isn't acceptable. They said nothing, just silence on the other end. No apology, not a care. I will be changing PCP's for my little.
