I went in for the first time today for myself and my daughter (6). When I first walked up I was a bit concerned by how the area looked BUT I was pleasantly surprised with the staff and the dentist! They were very welcoming, kind, kid friendly, and they answered all of my questions. My daughter is very shy but she said she really liked them. He cleaned my teeth so well, I feel like a new person haha. I go back in two weeks for some work so hopefully the next visit will be as good as the first. I definitely recommend this place!

It's fast and it feels like you're catching the problem!! I went there a few weeks ago when I visited Fresno. I had some problem with teeth due to my circumstances but I've been using it well until now because you've been careful.

They never answer or return calls, I took my son in for appt in August with PPO insurance and got another procedure the front desk said she needed to get authorization and would call me when approved/denied, hence it’s 4 months later no call back; luckily someone Actually answered today and I was told we never needed an authorization. Switching dental providers only went back due to an emergency procedure that was done here years ago and was told when my son is older to come back and Dentist will finish. Very unprofessional staff

A very unfriendly staff in top of that extremely unprofessional.
