Kids Kare PC Family Dental

This is the most unprofessional place I have every been to! My boyfriend went in at 830am to see if they could get him in for an emergency dental situation. They said come back at 3. We were there 15 minutes early, go to check in and the last days, oh I never ran your insurance, hold on. At about 330 she finally called him up and said everything went thru. About 10 minutes later they called him back. Did X-rays and day him in a chair. Kept insisting he needed a cleaning. He told them he would schedule that but really needed his emergency situation dealt with (just a tooth pulled). They had 2 different hygienists come and insist on the cleaning. He said again please just deal with this first. At 425pm the last said she would go get the dentist and she would probably schedule him for sometim

The office staff avoid phone calls, put you on hold and then eventually hang up. We have been calling for 2 days, multiple times. Someone finally answered but then put us on hold when we asked to set an appointment. After 8 min on hold, they hung up. We have had multiple issues with billing as well but they have been the best cost so we keep going back. Not anymore. I will gladly pay more elsewhere.

I have never felt disrespected by this dental clinic before. I've always trusted them and brought my children here for care, but this experience completely changed that. The supervisor told me that I was " on a list" and that she did not know or atleast give me an estimated time when it comes to children's health? I did not miss my children's appointment, yet I was treated as if my time and my children did not matter. I was told they are short staffed, which I understand, but being dismissive and telling me to find another clinic is unacceptable. This situation made me question how much patients are truly valued here. Sadly, I would now suggest other parents consider going to a different dental clinic.

I have two years of experience in this office and hate to be one to leave a bad review- however i’m still being haunted by the mistakes of this office even months after i’ve left. DO NOT let this office handle your children. I am having to spend time at multiple appointments over at a professional children’s dental official fixing the mess that was created on my 4 years old teeth. They did things to my child teeth, that months later in another officer after she’s struggled with issues i’m being told was ever necessary in the first place. All this office AND staff truly care about is how many patients are brought in, in a day or weeks time frame. Please chose a better option for your kiddos. N

I have been going to this place since I was a child and I have never been treated so rudely with the office manager Dee when apparently as there are no written rules or any verbal instructions to reply to a confirmation message BY 2PM sent the day of, your appointment is automatically cancelled and not communicated with you until later that week on Friday after you have taken time off from work. If I was communicated with better and treated more professionally and kind, then I would have been more understanding.
