if I could give zero stars that’s what I would do. They literally refused my three-year-old daughter because she doesn’t have her vaccines. And the only way they would see her is if she got every single one of her vaccine. It is not mandatory in the state of Florida anymore and they are still trying to force all of those shots into these children. I will be looking into a lawsuit and I will definitely be spreading this information

My two sons are seen by the NP Julie Clute and we have had nothing but great care! Not only is she knowledgeable but she always makes my oldest son - who has some anxiety about going to the doctor - feel at ease. I highly recommend this office!

All 3 of my children have seen doctor Walters since they were born. My oldest is 26 and so that’s how long we have been with them. My youngest is 10 years old and she will see him until she is out of pediatrics. I have never had any issues, any of the times I have had to call after hours, no matter how late it was, he has ALWAYS promptly returned my call to advise me. Office staff is amazing as well. I trust him, he cares about all his patients and I will never take my children to another pediatrician unless I was forced to. Even the times we have had to change insurance companies, if we had to change doctors it was a deal breaker.

My other review was taken down. My review is from being with this place since my son was born. He’s 13. I know what I’m talking about when I say they need to get their communication with each other and their patients parents together! My son was sick with a viral infection.I brought him in. They said let me know if he misses anymore days or develops a fever. I call because he had an elevated temperature. They told me it wasn’t a high enough temperature to bring him in. My son remains sick for two weeks total. I call the office to let them know the days he missed. They said they can’t write a note because he wasn’t seen. They said it was too many days. They told me to let them know about missed, and to not come in when I called. Then said because I didn’t come in I couldn’t get a note. They

My family and I recently had a change in insurance. My husband called the insurance and they told us about this place. I have been struggling with some issues with my son and had an urgent need to get him in for a physical and blood work . I arrived at there office and I was very nervous about changing my pediatrician. I have been to a few offices that were very rude at the front desk and treated you as if you were just the next patient. I have had bad experiences with doctors not listening and just prescribe. Upon arrival I had a very pleasant experience with the receptionist. We had a small problem with assigning the doctor..she assured me we would still be seen and she was very understanding, although I felt frustrated.
