This office sucks! Id give negative stars if i could. Switched because this place is unprofessional. This office is the worst pediatrics office in Fayetteville. If you love your kids and actually care about their health, you would take them elsewhere. Their receptionists are trash as soon as they hang up they talk crap in front of people that are waiting in the waiting room the doctors there I swear I don’t know how they got there degrees because they’re awful. This place only cares about the money. They do not care about children at all. I stand by what i said. Why anyone would go there is beyond me. I definitely feel like my children did not get the best care while being in this office one minute they’re saying one thing and they’re concerned and then the next they’re saying there’s noth

I have brought my 3 kids here for years. The staff is always nice and professional. Ms. Jessica the medical assistant is super nice and helpful. I have always tried to see Dr Melanie Pitts. She is great. She listens to all the concerns and makes sure she can find a way to help!!! We have been coming sense 2016 and we love it!!

All 3 of my kids go here and have been fantastic since we found this office! They saved my second babies life by suggesting we take her into the emergency room which turned out being the best thing we done for our child. Jessica was the best! And we’ve been in rotation of all the doctors and all of them give great advice.

Worst trashy place in Fayetteville. Doctors are incompetent, and the receptionists are rude and talk badly about parents when they get off the phone. Don't go to this office if you care about your kids' health. They do not care about our children. Worst of the worst that's why they have the worst rating.

If I could give zero stars I would . From the moment I walked in I was treated with such neglect I walked to the desk and was disregarded for 10 minutes atleast . I was then told the appt I scheduled months in advance for my child was never made and I’d have to wait several weeks for a new one . I could see snot and used tissues everywhere in the waiting area as well completely unsanitary and unprofessional place I was so mad I stormed out or would’ve taken pictures . Would not take any child here . 0/10 .
