Kids First Dentistry & Orthodontics Norwalk

I’m not someone who usually writes negative reviews, but I’ve been struggling with the Norwalk office for quite some time. I’ve been bringing my son here since he was 2 years old, and I want to emphasize that Dr. Leigha (who is not there anymore) and the hygienists have always been wonderful - caring, patient, and professional. Unfortunately, the issue has consistently been with the front desk and billing department. I’ve been charged multiple times for services that my insurance had already paid for. Each time, I’ve had to spend hours on the phone trying to resolve the billing errors, only to be met with unhelpful attitudes from the manager and front desk staff. It’s incredibly frustrating to trust an office with your child’s care but feel so stressed every time you need to deal with bi

10/10 recommend this place. My daughter is non-verbal/autistic and they work so well to fit her needs. The dental hygienist (I think that's the title) was an absolute gem. She was so nice and worked so well to make sure my daughter was comfortable. She let her take her time, let her touch the tools and really was just over all a sweet heart. I'm so grateful for this place. The main receptionist (I wish I knew her name) is also the sweetest. God bless them all!

This practice is really exceptional and they do an amazing job of really making the dental experience positive. The office staff are extremely helpful, very accommodating and friendly. The dentists and hygienists are amazing and very child centric. I would highly recommend this practice. Very professional and calm environment.

Kids first Dentistry has an amazing TEAM! I've been taking my kids since they were toddlers and every visit from the front desk, hygienist and Doctor, they made sure to give my babies their undivided attention. They talk to the kids, listen and engage making sure the kids are always comfortable before starting any procedure. My children always look forward to going in for their cleanings and I am truly grateful to the staff! Patient, sweet, polite and endearing each and every one there!

Every visit in this location, prior to meeting Dr. Rona, was “best to knock him out and do his whole mouth” even after stating I was against giving a 4 year old boy anesthesia if it was not necessary. Dr. Rona was the only one who truly listened and took the challenge of trying to fix the cavities. She is beyond amazing! She truly has a touch with children. She makes the experience fun, exciting and even encourages kids to have an enjoyable experience with cavities calling them sugar bugs, saying silver caps are iron man teeth which give super powers! She truly cares about your child and not just getting a procedure done! On top of that the receptionist ladies ALWAYS go above and beyond to assure the experience is fun.
