Kid's Dental Land

I wasn't thrilled with the service during my visit. I arrived before my appointment time. There were only two people, two children, waiting. Another child arrived after us, and they saw him first because he was going for treatment, while my child was only there for his annual checkup. So, they made us wait for over an hour before they were finally going to see us. I had to leave; I left my child in the office and wasn't gone for more than five minutes, or rather, not even five minutes. When I returned, the nurse said the doctor had already examined him, that everything was fine, that he didn't have any cavities, and so on. I didn't think that made sense. I feel that if I waited an hour for them, the doctor should have waited until the mother was present. I really didn't like it.

The doctor is very nice . Super attentive.staff was very friendly and welcoming. Answered all my questions. Made my son feel safe while getting treatment 100/100 definitely recommend

Great Customer care as well as Healthcare. Dentists and assistants always take time to thoroughly explain everything. My child has been a patient for many years and never has there been any issues.

I have been taking my son here for about 6 years now and have always received great service. The front desk staff is nice and makes sure you get called on time. The X-ray techs are fast and thorough and the dental assistant and the Dentist explain what will be done if anything is needed. They also call me to remind me when my son is due for another check up. Overall great service and highly recommend it!

Very efficient , rooms are kids friendly and staff gives you instruction on what they are going to do and how to help your child get more comfortable in the dentist room. They did not push any unnecessary treatments. They also gave a goodie bag for her first time going which was nice and refreshing. Only downside is parking since it’s located on a busy street in east la but they have a second location as well with easier parking.
