I've been seeing doctors at this practice for 40 years. Never had a bad experience. They are my doctors for life because of the outstanding expertise and knowledge in the field of nephrology. Add to that doctors and nurses who actually care about me as a patient. They take time to explain. You can reach them by phone. And they are responsive. Dr Al-Absi went above and beyond to have a personal phone conversation with my cardiologist, who is in a different health system. Just one example of how much they care.

My partner called Dr. Al-Alsis' office in a panic one after-hours evening, (rather than his primary care doctor) as he had just met him as a specialist consultant a few days before. He needed some guidance over concerns of blood in his urine and left a voice mail. Beth, Dr. Al-Absi's assistant promptly returned my partners call, asking him to go to an ER and also asking him to call back after his care. After a very long evening, where bladder cancer was found we were sent home uncertain of the next steps. The next day, Dr. Al-Alsis himself called to ask for the diagnosis from the night before. When we told him we were left clueless to what was happening, waiting for a call from the referred Urologist office, he took it upon himself to call the Urologist and got us in to see that doctor wit
