Find another pediatrician!! They must have recently had a change in management because after three years and two kids we are leaving and never coming back!! Front desk staff is rude and dismissive, which tracks with how the office manager treated us as well! No grace period on arrival times, crazy considering how easy it is to get kids somewhere, but yet you’ll sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes. Just another business that doesn’t actually care about the kids, just making money, embarrassing and disgusting, but not surprising.

I am heartbroken and deeply disappointed by what happened at this pediatric office. During a recent visit for my 15-month-old son, my husband and I discussed with PA Lamb ( me over the phone my husband in person) that we wanted to split my child’s five vaccines scheduled for that day because he has had significant reactions in the past (fever, vomiting, etc.). We clearly agreed to give three vaccines at this appointment and the remaining two at a later date. At the appointment, my husband was asked to restrain our son while the nurse administered the shots. In the chaos of our baby screaming, four shots were given instead of three, without our consent. Avoid Dr. Lepore. He's an awful man that acts like he hates kids and his career. What he has in brains is completely negated by one of the worst bedside manners on earth. Yuck. It's sad because we have gone there for 15 years and had wonderful doctors with D. R Jerome and McMorrow.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kidfixers Pediatrics! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. Dr. Madison Lamb is absolutely amazing — not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she also took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make my child feel completely at ease. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. Julianna Walker was also fantastic! Her warm personality, professionalism, and gentle approach made a huge difference in our visit. It’s rare to find a team that combines top-notch medical care with such kindness and compassion. Kidfixers has become our go-to pediatric office, and we are so grateful for the care we received. Highly recommend to any parent looking for exceptional pediatric care!

Would not recommend this office to anyone I care about. Asking questions gets condescending answers from the Dr. In a time of informed consent questions should be welcomed and an opportunity to explain and give more information. Not to be annoyed and insinuate we know what’s best for our children.
