Kiddsmiles Pediatric Dentistry - White Plains

Second time being there and the atmosphere is just SIMPLY AMAZING. From having a little play area where kids can play numerous educational games on the monitor to the warm, friendly, courteous and professional Front Desk staff, it just puts you at ease that the appointment will go great for your child. Also, they are on time. We got there around 10:15am for a 10:30am appointment and we were called in before 10:30am. My son had Dr. Carly and she and her team was AWESOME. We are going back there in the summer and we are already looking forward to it. Keep up the continued EXCELLENT CARE AND SERVICE KIDDSMILES PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY.

I was so impressed with our experience here. My daughter arrived feeling scared and nervous and within minutes they had her laughing and feeling comfortable. Dr Avery and Griselda were so professional and informing while keeping my daughter entertained with humorous stories during the procedure. The staff at the front desk are also so kind and helpful. From the moment we walk in, the experience is fantastic. The reception staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they go the extra mile to make my daughter feel comfortable. The hygienists are patient and gentle, and they take the time to explain everything to her in a kid-friendly way. All of the dentists who have seen my daughter are amazing! They are incredibly knowledgeable and put both me and my daughter at ease. We never feel rushed during appointments, they always take the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Even if there's ever a slight wait (which is rare!), the staff is incredibly apologetic and does their best to get us seen as soon as possible. Overall, this office is a gem!

I have always had great experiences with KiddSmiles. The staff in the White Plains office is so caring and patient especially with my daughter who deals with anxiety. They have also been kind and friendly and very accommodating! Would definitely recommend!

Was referred to this dentist for children that have sensory issues. My son has autism and I figured this would be a great place to take him. Waited weeks for an appointment. When the day came, we checked in early. First red flag was the receptionist was rude and seemed to be annoyed checking in patients. Waited for a while in the waiting area. Second red flag: patients that checked in after us was called in before us. When we finally get called in, we were put in the cleaning area. My son was put in a chair with no tv on like the other patients had. Waited again for over 15 minutes. Third red flag, Someone finally came in and called my son by a different first name. I said no, wrong patient. She left and then again had to wait. Hygienist finally showed up and was not patient at all with
