Dr. Bentley is the most caring, knowledgeable, and.professional pediatrician. She is very trustworthy as I have entrusted her as my family's pediatrician for over 26 years. Thank you so much, Dr. Bentley! You are a shining star! You are appreciated!

I will start off by saying I love Dr. Helena Bentley! Within the last year I have been left with a horrible experience while dealing with the new receptionist! They never answer the phone, the employee that confirm the appointments IS RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH PATIENTS/PARENTS! ITS hard to schedule an appointment, get someone on the line , also filing a complaint seems to be to no avail! Please do better !! Our children are Most Important!

Dr. Bentley is the BEST!!! If I had to complain it would be about the fact that getting someone on the phone is like pulling teeth! In person the staff is great they just have to do better with the communication via telephone#.

Dr. Bentley and staff are so caring. They want the best for their patients and their community.

We have had nothing less than pleasant experiences for my son at Kidcare with Dr. Bentley! The staff is always super sweet and bubbly when handling my child’s needs! He is almost 2 years old and we have received the same “I love yall” and a book for us to read with him. Very detailed and no fluff with this practice and I love it , especially having a black doctor who cares!
