Dr. Childers has been a blessing to our family! Our son was diagnosed with salmonella and meningitis in April of 2023. He took the best of care of our boy before having him sent to Savannah where he could be surrounded by specialists. When our daughter was born, he made sure that she didn’t face the same issues. To this day, he takes the time to treat us like were somebody important to him and not just another family.

Dr. Childers is an amazing pediatrician (which is the only reason this is 3 stars instead of 1) but we moved to Valdosta and within the past few months it’s taken 2 hour plus to be seen when you make and appointment and I didn’t want to have to drive an hour and wait another 2 hours for my daughter to be seen. Her new pediatrician sent the medical release form on December 3rd and whoever it is that runs that department didn’t let me or her new pediatrician know that it was misplaced despite being called numerous times over the nearly TWO MONTHS we were waiting for them to be sent. It wasn’t brought to my attention until January 19th and I had a new form sent over that day and it still took another two days for them to finally be sent on January 21st.
